Privacy policy
What information the NEOCITY Home app and our websites collect about you, what they use it for, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it.

Scope
This policy covers Gertu Solution's NEOCITY Home app (Android, iOS) and the gertu.mn and gertu.io websites.
NEOCITY Home is an all-in-one app for residents of smart residential complexes, buildings and houses. It lets them do everyday things from their phone: answer the video intercom, control the entrance door, call the elevator, register guest cars and more.
Gertu Solution is responsible for your information. Send questions and requests to:
Information the app collects
- Account
- First and last name, mobile number, email address and password. You confirm your phone and email with a one-time code. If you add a profile photo, it is stored.
- Home
- Complex, building, unit number, type of ownership and your homeowners' association. When you invite a family member: their name, phone, email and how they are related to you.
- Vehicles
- Licence plates of your own and your guests' cars, the car's name and the owner's name.
- Door calls
- Time of the call, its length, who answered, and a snapshot from the door camera. Your camera and microphone are used during a video call.
- Posts and feedback
- The posts, comments and feedback you write, and the photos you attach.
- Phone
- Push notification token, device identifier, operating system and app version.
The app contains no advertising or usage-analytics tools.
Phone permissions
The app uses these permissions only for the purpose named. You can change them at any time in your phone's settings.
- Camera, microphone
- Video intercom calls.
- Notifications, calls
- Showing an incoming call like a phone call, and delivering notifications.
- Local network
- Connecting calls.
- Photos
- Choosing photos for your profile and posts, and saving the app's images to your phone.
How we use it
- Creating your account, signing you in and linking you to your home.
- Delivering video intercom calls to you, opening the entrance door and calling the elevator.
- Registering your own and your guests' cars with the complex.
- Delivering the complex's posts, notifications and feedback.
- Keeping the app secure and working properly.
We do not use your information for advertising and do not sell it to anyone.
Storage and security
Information is stored on our servers and in the systems of the service providers named above. The app talks to our servers over encrypted HTTPS and keeps its sign-in keys in the phone's secure storage.
We keep your information while you have an account. What is deleted and what is kept when you delete it is set out under “Deleting your account”.
Deleting your account
In the app:
- Open “Тохиргоо” (Settings) in the bottom menu.
- Choose “Бүртгэл устгах” (Delete account).
- Confirm the deletion.
The account is deleted at once, and this cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in to the app, send us an email with the subject “Delete my account” and the phone number or email address you registered with. We delete the account once we have confirmed it is yours.
Your rights
- See and correct your details under “Хувийн мэдээлэл” (Personal information) in the app, and change or remove your profile photo.
- Delete your own posts, comments, feedback, vehicles and family members.
- Turn off notifications and permissions in your phone's settings.
- Ask what information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
Websites
- gertu.mn and gertu.io use no cookies and need no sign-in.
- The sites count their own visits: which pages and sections were viewed and for how long, how far down they were scrolled, which site the visitor came from, the approximate country and city, and the type of device. IP addresses are not stored; visitors are counted with an anonymous mark that changes every day. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, you are not counted.
- The contact form opens your email app with the message written out. The site does not store what you enter in the form.
- Your light or dark mode choice is stored only in your browser.
- Video thumbnails load from YouTube. The video itself loads only when you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
- The sites are hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep technical request logs, including IP addresses, for a limited time.
Changes
If we update this policy, we publish it on this page and change the date above.
