One alarm.
The full location.

The alarm's source, time and related details, side by side.

  1. No alarm. Monitoring continues.

System capabilities

Understand an alarm by its location.

The 3D view, device states, cameras and logs an operator needs, in one environment.

Multi-building monitoring

The fire alarm status of a complex and its buildings, together in one 3D environment.

Alarm highlighting

The building and floor an alarm comes from are set apart by color, status and a location marker.

From building to floor

Singles out the building and focuses attention on the floor and room in alarm.

Detector locations

The floor plan shows each detector's number, zone, room and status.

Camera feeds

The cameras linked to the zone in alarm are viewed in the same environment to verify the situation.

Event log

The time, source, building, floor and detector of each alarm, as a list.

Fire monitoring

The full list of capabilities.

  • Addressable intelligent fire alarm system

    • Fire detectors are installed, the building's 3D model is loaded into the software, and each detector is mapped to its place.
    • When a fire breaks out, the software shows its location on the block diagram with high precision.
    • Working with the fire dampers, smoke extraction fans, sprinklers, public address and access systems, it acts fully automatically under the fire code, with no human intervention.
    • The danger message reaches every part of the affected building at once, without delay.
    • The elevators are brought to the first floor, every door on the exit routes is opened and the public address system sounds the warning, all at the same time.
  • Building automation

    • Once the electrical, fire, plumbing and ventilation automation is in place, every device can be monitored, controlled and set to automatic mode from the complex's server software.
    • The locations of the automation panels, the power of the motors to be controlled and the operating principles are agreed together, and the work is carried out on the basis of a defined technical specification.
    • It improves safety, lowers staffing costs, extends the life of the equipment and prevents breakdowns.
    • The location of every detector is shown in real time on the building's 3D model.

Who is it for?

The monitoring team's
unified view.

Designed for the operators and engineering teams responsible for building safety and fire alarms.

The alarm panel, detector and camera integrations are planned around the building's equipment and technical conditions.
